Umberto Frascati - Executive President

After an interesting early experience as a Conference Officer at the United Nations in New York 1963-1964 at the General Assembly, Mr. Frascati worked successfully as an International Financial Consultant in Geneva first and in Milan later. As early as 1965 to 1973 he successfully managed a group of 500 Financial Advisors in Italy, participate to the acquisition and the start up of Fideuram Spa (at that stage a Fiduciary Company, now the biggest Financial Institution in Mutual Funds Industry and a renowned Bank) created with the top Management of the Company  as well as the first International Italian Fund: Fonditalia in Luxembourg (today assets approximatively 3 billion US$). From 1974 to 1977 he worked as an advisor at a Swiss Banks and with  a New Zealand Corporation as a financial analyst. In May 1977 Mr. Frascati was a victim of false accusations in London where he worked as a Consultant for a local Bank. He was arrested and sent to trial after 20 months. Finally the trial ended at the Old Bailey London, on June 22 1979, with a Nolle Prosequi signed by the Attorney General Sir Michael Havers and finally his drama ended. After that event Mr. Frascati worked as an independent analyst for several private Banks, Institutions and  and with some Assets Management Companies in USA, UK, Switzerland . He also acquired experience in many areas participating in Bridge Loans Financing in USA, worked as Consultant in Renewable Energy projects (Wind Farms), Biotechnology and Real Estate.

Joseph Okpaku - Honorary President

Is the President and CEO of the Telecom Africa International Corporation. Globally renowned for his contributions to the definition of the challenges, opportunities and strategies for telecommunications development, Dr. Okpaku has served, inter alia, as an adviser to the United Nations ICT Task Force and a member of the Digital Divide Task Force of the World Economic Forum. His 2003 book, Information and Communications Technologies for African Development, defines the cutting-edge of the subject. An authority on Development, Governance (including e-Governance), Long-term Strategic Planning and Futures Studies, Dr. Okpaku has also written and lectured extensively worldwide in these areas in which he also consults for various institutions and international organisations, including the United Nations, United Nations Development Programme, UN-DESA, UN Unit for Technical Cooperation amongst Developing Countries (TCDC), the Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery (BCPR), the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the World Bank and several governments and organisations. He holds 4 Phd from Stanford University, USA.

Maurizio Berti - CEO

Mr. Berti studied at the University of Pisa at the Faculty of Economia e Commercio for 4 years then he dedicates himself to obtain a Diploma in Building Engineering to enter into the family business in Real Estate Builders. With an Italian father and a Swedish mother Mr. Berti decided also to obtain a Diploma in Foreign Languages. He speaks Italian, German and English. In 1996 at the age of 23 he started to work in the Building Industry until 2015 when he decided to participate to the creation of DWC 3.0 and to succeed to list the Company. Mr. Berti has reached now a solid experience and has become an important asset for the Company.

Sylvie Sarda - Member of the Board

An early experience as a model for a Glamour Fashion house in Paris has given Mrs Sarda a strong feeling with Lady’s Fashion World. After that  she became involved in Tourist Resorts and Real Estate Properties an area of interest for DWC3.0. Today she is an important breeder in Italy for miniature horses and donkeys , activity which is carried out today at the property of Magenta owned by DWC 3.0 on the way to become the first Resort in Italy dedicated to the Company’s shareholders.

Bobba Venkatadri - International Advisor ( USA, Europe and Asian )

A General Partner with Ventureast, Dr. Bobba Venkatadri brings over 36 years of corporate leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences fields in the US, EU and Asia. He is an active board member of three US based portfolio companies including Marillion, a cancer drug company; Melior, a pharmaceutical services company; and Bioserve, a pharmacogenomics services company.  Venkatadri's extensive experience in building life sciences products and businesses is leveraged by his portfolio companies. He helped one company double their revenues recently with an acquisition, and led the transformation of another portfolio company to being product focused when the existing technology platform focus was yielding limited results. Venkatadri has previously served as Senior Vice President of operations at Aradigm Corporation; Executive Vice President at Diosynth, a division of Akzo Nobel; President and CEO at Molecular Biosystems, an NYSE listed company; Executive Vice President at Centocor Inc; (A division of J&J now) President at Warner-Lambert, Imdonesia (currently a part of Pfizer) in Indonesia, and Vice President of Manufacturing in Puerto Rico; and Vice President of Manufacturing, Parke Davis, A division of Lambert which is now part of Pfizer. Venkatadri also serves on the advisory Boards of SOHO Group, the third largest Pharmaceutical Company in Indonesia and Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc, USA, a NASDAQ listed company. A pharmacist by training, Bobba Venkatadri graduated with gold medal honors from Andhra University. He also has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.
